Timely, professional response and very customer oriented.

Called me on his way. He was early. Told me the issue and reason for repair. Explained the need for the part and how it had been improved. Very nice to deal with and reasonable.

I like the way he finished the job in 1 day. He left and got the part and game back to fix the dryer. I will use him again.

Placed service call on line on Sunday afternoon. Received a phone call within an hour to schedule service call for NEXT day within a two hour window. Cale called next morning saying he was on his way - and arrived minutes early. Unfortunately washer was beyond economical repair. Had him look at a dishwasher that had not been functioning which he was able to repair on the spot. Then looked at a stove element not working. He offered to repair but said it was a simple repair and I could order the part and install it myself if I wanted. Service call and repair time cost was extremely reasonable! Timely, efficient, courteous, and very reasonable rates. Ace Maintenance and Repair will be my go to company for ANY future work and will recommend them to anyone in their service area! Thanks Ace!

Cale was exceptionally prompt, found the problem almost immediately and worked diligently to fix it.

The technician immediately called and set up a next day appointment. The dryer was running within an hour of the scheduled appointment.

This is the second time I have hired this company. I am extremely pleased with their work! Before they arrive- on time!- they call to confirm they are on their way. Their work is professional and top notch- and they explain just what they are doing an why. While I hope this is the last time I need to call for a while, if I do need repairs done, I am really glad to have some I can call that I trust.

I've used Ace several times not for appliance repairs. The first time they fixed a commercial ice machine at my office, the second time they repaired our oven, the third time they repaired an AC unit, and lastly, they repaired my ice machine in my house. Their technicians show up on tine, diagnose the problem, order the parts and effectively repair the appliances. Their employees (Jeff and Cale) are courteous, straight forward, easy to work with. Their rates are very reasonable - significantly less than the larger appliance repair companies. After dealing with them on 4 separate occasions, I highly recommend others consider them to assist with their appliance repair needs.

Quick response to request for service! Appointment scheduled to our liking. Washing machine problem diagnosed quickly. When a part cost $15 more than quoted we were consulted first, before Cale secured the part. Technician was polite and effective. Machine restored to use same day despite living 20 mi;es + from supply source. We'll utilize Ace again!
